If you are interested in hosting a party, please pay the deposit to secure your requested date and time. We will call you within 48 hours of paying your deposit to confirm your date and time and place it on the calendar. This deposit is fully refundable within 3 days after the party if the minimum attendance requirement is met. The current minimum (**) attendance is 6 people (including you). If 8-10 people register for your party (including you) your sign will be discounted 15%, If you have 11 -15 guests complete registration your sign will be discounted 25% . More than 15 guests complete registration your sign is FREE.
**There is $25 travel fee for parties 20 -25 miles from Monterey and the minimum # of guests is 10, for those parties**

Sign prices are as follows:
- 6x22 = $35
- 12x12 = $35
- 12x22 = $45
- 18x18 = $55
We offer our custom design services at each party. If someone would like a custom design, the fee to the designer is $20. That will cover a mockup and up to 2 changes.
Certain aspects of the party are customizable: What sizes will be offered and who will be paying. You can choose to offer all our designs and sizes or you can limit the sizes (especially if you have space constraints). You can also decide if your guests will be purchasing their sign themselves or if you would like to pay for all of your guests. You can choose to pass the custom design fee on to guests or you can cover that fee for them. You will designate these choices while signing up to host.

4. Have enough tables and chairs for your guests, and a table for our setup
5. Remind your friends to register prior to the cut off date, as the parties are for REGISTERED guests only.
6. Send a reminder to the guests of the date and time just prior to the event
7. Drinks and snacks are nice, but not required
